Click to run reapitsupport.exe from your browser’s download panel. You should see this in the top right of the browser window.

If displayed, please respond to the Windows User Account Control message by clicking the Yes button.

The first time you run the Reapit Support application you will be asked to accept the TeamViewer EULA and DPA agreements. You will need to tick the box before clicking the Continue button.

When the Reapit Support application loads, please read the Your ID number and Password to your customer support analyst.
